The roleYou are an experienced and commercially driven E-commerce Trading Manager responsible for the performance and day-to-day trading of Miista's international e-commerce business. This senior role sits at the intersection of trading, merchandising, digital operations, technology, performance marketing and customer experience.
Key responsibilitiesCommercial strategy and digital trading
- Own and evolve Miista's international e-commerce strategy,
roadmap, annual budget, forecasts and trading plan in line with brand and business objectives.
- Take responsibility for digital-channel revenue, contribution margin, conversion, average order value, stock productivity, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Lead the general trading calendar across product launches, seasonal moments, campaigns, promotions and market-specific opportunities, aligning stock, pricing, content, media and site readiness.
- Identify growth opportunities across markets, customer segments, categories, devices and acquisition sources while balancing demand, inventory, margin and brand positioning.
- Provide clear performance reporting, commercial insight, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
