You will focus on supporting the Motion business operating out of Spain, delivering products, services, and projects both locally and globally.You will report to the Division General Counsel, Motion High Power.LI-hybridProviding Legal & Integrity (L&I;) advisory support to business stakeholders, including ABB Management, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and ethical standards.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders and managing associated legal and contractual risks.Monitoring and supporting legal affairs - including integrity, intellectual property,



and litigation matters - in coordination with Division General Counsel and relevant stakeholders.Ensuring compliance and supporting implementation of integrity standards, including implementation of the Code of Conduct and integral/local policies.Providing training and guidance on L&I; topics, while supporting business strategy development and addressing emerging challenges.Seeking knowledge and learning about ABBs present and future portfolio within the relevant business to understand and manage relevant business and legal risks and opportunities.Qualifications for the RoleSpanish law degree (Grado en Derecho) and qualification as “Abogado”.Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a recognized law firm or multinational company.
