This role sits within Product Enablement and reports into the Senior Product Activation Manager. The Product Activation Manager will work across multiple portfolios and initiatives, supporting major growth and transformation priorities that require strong coordination across Group, OpCos, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Product and Partnership teams.
Coordinating inputs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, OpCos and partner-facing teams.
They will be comfortable working with different stakeholders, managing detail, supporting senior colleagues and helping turn strategic priorities into practical execution across markets.
Maintain programme documentation, including project plans, status reports and stakeholder trackers.
Coordinate meetings, governance forums and follow-ups, ensuring clear notes, actions and next steps are captured.
Monitor programme progress against agreed milestones and highlight risks, delays or gaps to the Senior Product Activation Manager.
Support reporting and performance tracking through clear dashboards, summaries and data-driven updates.
