Palo Alto Networks in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in SASE with Prisma Access. You will be the technical backbone for our enterprise customers, solving complex architectural challenges at the intersection of networking and security, mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with Product Management and Engineering.
This role requires 5+ years in technical support, mastery of TCP/IP, BGP, SSL/TLS, and hands-on experience with Wireshark, MTR, Curl.
