What You Will Learn & Do as a Reservations Trainee: * Assist in managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels * Support in handling guest inquiries, providing accurate information about rooms, rates,



and services * Learn how to use reservation systems and booking platforms * Help ensure all bookings are correctly entered and updated in the system * Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals * Learn to manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication style * Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactions What are we looking for? * A current university or school student related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business * Fluent in Spanish and English * Strong communication and organizational skills * Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn * Available for a 6-month full-time internship * Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school * Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU Your benefits * Paid Internship * Staff meals during the working shifts * Mentorship and hands-on
