I am looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel (5–8 PQE) to join a small, but high-performing legal team (based across UK and Spain).
This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus, including:
Supplier & customer agreements
MSAs, licensing, distribution & framework arrangements
General commercial governance and support
Exposure to corporate and cross-functional legal work as needed.
What the team is looking for:
Previous experience at a leading law firm
Bilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)
Strong commercial contracts background
Experience with English law matters or UK-facing work (secondments or cross-border exposure highly desirable)

Details:
Location: Madrid (with some travel)
Salary: €100K–€120K + bonus + benefits
