At Factorial, we're looking for a Full-Stack Senior / Mid Product Developer to help us boost our team and the company to the next level. Are you ready to be part of one of the most impactful teams?

The Team

The Growth Product team is the most impactful team at Factorial because we work across the entire customer journey: from enhancing the platform our sales team uses to demonstrate Factorial, to creating upselling experiences that help customers discover new products and streamlining the onboarding process of new companies.

Imagine building something that helps our sales team improve their conversion rate by 10%, or designing an automated process that enables our specialists to handle five times more clients each week. These projects drive over $1M in annual recurring revenue and are led by the Growth Product team.

You will join forces with talented colleagues like Lara Menendez, Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez, Pablo Gutiérrez, and David García.





The Tech Behind

Our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. Typically, our tasks are 75% Frontend and 25% Backend.
