We’re Hiring: On-Demand Account Manager - Spanish & English Speaker

About the Role

Build relationships with Lab Managers and key decision-makers to reactivate dormant accounts and grow Agilent Services & Support sales, including service contracts, training, and financing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales, improve customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service portfolio adoption through tailored solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand Service Contracts and Maintenance/Repair Services.
- Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information,



and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer car, engineering, and field services. To deliver exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish & English (Catalan would be a plus).
- Proven Sales experience, including track record of meeting and exceeding targets (B2B experience is a big plus).
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find innovative solutions.
- Effective Time Management and Organizational skills.
- Team Player with a strong work ethic.
