WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

- €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
- €7.63 food allowance per working day
- Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries,



resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Support more than one market when required
- Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
Requirements

- Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
- C1 level of English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong empathy and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
