Holcim+Concrete provides 3 main tools : a customer application, a driver application, and a dispatch web application.SUMMARY OF THE JOBThe Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+Concrete acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete.

With his/her knowledge of RMX operations he is a key team member to design product vision, prioritise next features, capture and align requirements, validate technical and business needs.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIESInnovation and product design
Participating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisation
in charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes)
Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changes
In the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration.
Requirements & Testing
Capture business needs, “translate” them into specifications, share with Project and Scrum teams.
