Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Support
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity,



referrals and networking opportunities.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on commercial discussions and client proposals.
- Contribute to achieving team sales objectives and commercial targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with German-speaking corporate clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and introduce relevant FX and international payment solutions.
- Support account management activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure a high standard of service.

Learning & Development
- Build knowledge of foreign exchange markets, hedging solutions and international payments.
- Learn Monex’s sales methodolog
