What We Expect
We are seeking a Product & Data Analyst (d/f/m) specializing in User Experience, who thrives on data, has strong statistical skills and a user-centric mindset. In this role, you will lead data capture and analysis of insights across service technician tools, internal platforms and customer-facing digital solutions. You will synthesize customer and user feedback from multiple sources to influence product priorities and roadmaps. This role will be instrumental in defining KPIs, driving performance insights and embedding a culture of data-informed decision making across product teams.

Your Responsibilities in more detail

- Product Analytics: Define KPIs and establish tracking and reporting mechanisms
- Implementation of analytic tools across a range of digital products to track usage patterns using Clarity, Google Analytics or similar
- Product Optimization: Analyze product usage behaviour to improve adoption,



engagement and satisfaction
- Dashboard Management: Develop dashboards to communicate key metrics
- User Insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand product usage and identify opportunities to improve user experience
- Experimental Design: Design and manage A/B tests and experiments
- Analysis & Reporting: Provide statistical analysis and actionable insights
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Build Product Expertise: Contribute to product strategy and discussions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. At ease working with designers, developers and product owners
- Develop Partnerships: Support hypothesis creation and strategic decisions
