About the roleThe HR Development & Engagement Specialist ensures the effective execution of HR processes at plant level, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.
The role contributes to talent development, operational training, employee engagement, internal communication, and the promotion of an ethical and inclusive culture within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsabilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operators, technical profiles, and interns.
- Publish vacancies on LinkedIn and other relevant job platforms.




- Conduct CV screening and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
- Design, together with production supervisors, structured training packages per position to support onboarding and internal mobility.
- Monitor individual development plans and succession initiatives.
- Coordinate and support Local Leadership Development training programs.
- Ensure operational training is properly planned and delivered

3. Internal Communication & Culture
- Support corporate initiatives (e.g., Ethics & Compliance Week, internal campaigns, global programs).
