Overview

In this role you own a key product area end-to-end, setting vision and strategy with autonomy. You will shape AI-driven HR software for thousands of companies, balancing speed with long-term product direction. You’ll evaluate AI impact, define success metrics, and defend decisions to leadership and customers. You collaborate across engineering, design, data teams, and Customer Success to translate deep HR insights into real value. Responsabilidades

- Own the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes (adoption, retention, revenue) for your area
- Determine where AI adds real value, with evaluation frameworks for reliability and risk
- Make hard prioritization and build-vs-integrate decisions and defend them with leadership and customers




- Partner cross-functionally with customers, CS, Marketing, and Sales to extract HR domain insights
- Act as the DRI by defining hypotheses and metrics before launch and owning results afterward

Requisitos principales

- Built something from near zero and owned the outcome with measurable results
- Experience in hyper-growth or high-stakes domain with shifting priorities
- Ability to make AI reliable and evaluate AI in production, including handling hallucination and failure modes
- Trajectory showing growing scope and responsibility over time
- Fluent English; additional languages valued
