With an established presence across academic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and wider research environments, the organisation provides a broad portfolio of laboratory products and solutions through a combination of direct sales and an extensive network of distribution and channel partners.
As part of continued development across EMEA, we are looking to speak with an experienced Commercial Partnership Manager (Channel Manager) to take responsibility for developing and strengthening strategic distributor relationships across the region.
This is a commercially focused position sitting at the intersection of sales, channel management, distribution and strategic partnerships.



The successful candidate will work closely with key distribution partners and internal regional teams to develop and execute commercial plans, improve partner performance and drive sustainable revenue growth across the Life Sciences market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key distribution and channel partners across EMEA.
- Work collaboratively with selected distributors to develop and execute annual and quarterly commercial plans.
- Drive distributor performance against agreed revenue, growth and strategic objectives.
- Develop mutually accountable relationships with channel partners, ensuring clear objectives and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Monitor partner and account performance, proactively identifying commercial risks, gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Act as a key point of contact for selected regional distributors and coordinate internal resources to support agreed initiatives
