Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the digitalization strategy for the Innovate to Sell & Order to Pay domain, aligned with the group-wide digital strategy and Hub priorities.
- Leadership and development of Product Owners within the domain — setting standards, coaching for excellence, and ensuring consistent product management practices across the team.




- Strategic alignment of all digital products in the domain with business objectives, ensuring each product contributes to the overall digital portfolio value.
- Ownership of the domain product portfolio across the entire lifecycle — from ideation and business case through development to continuous optimization and sunset.
- Development of an integrated product roadmap for the domain, considering departmental goals, Hub strategy, and the group-wide digital strategy.
- Identification and evaluation of new digital and AI business opportunities within the Innovate to Sell & Order to Pay value streams.
- Active portfolio management regarding usage behavior, KPIs, business impact, and strategic fit — in close collaboration with Performance & Portfolio Management (P1).
- Definition and management of UX standards across the domain to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
