You will own the French partner channel end to end, from identifying and signing partners to closing deals alongside them and building the enablement resources that make them independent sellers. It is a high-ownership, field-facing position that sits at the intersection of sales and channel development.
What You'll Do
- Identify, screen, and assess potential partners in France, determining the right engagement model for each.
- Run live sales calls with partners so they experience a strong sales process firsthand and learn from it.




- Drive partners to their first jointly closed deal and activate them as independent sellers.
- Build tailored sales resources, including pitch materials, objection handling guides, and training content.
- Join larger customer negotiations and strategic conversations to support deal closure.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins to unlock upsell opportunities in existing accounts and open new customers.
- Own revenue generation, partner qualification targets, activation rates, and upsell metrics for the French market.

What We're Looking For
- 3 or more years in sales roles with clear progression from SDR to Account Executive or equivalent closing experience.
- Native French speaker with fluent English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to close deals and run customer sales calls independently.
