Job Description: The opportunity Be part of a general team shaping the future of power networks and digital substations. As a Senior Commissioning & Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering, commissioning, troubleshooting and upgrading Substation Automation Systems (SAS) for utilities, transmission operators and industrial customers across Spain. Working with technologies such as MicroSCADA, protection & control systems, communication networks and digital substation solutions, you will help customers improve grid reliability, operational efficiency and network resilience. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on field work, technical problem solving and direct customer interaction while contributing to the energy transition.
How you’ll make an impact
- Perform advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades,



and repairs on complex systems and equipment.
- Diagnose root causes of technical issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute service activities in compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, Health and Safety procedures, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main technical interface and point of contact for customers during service execution and after-service follow-up, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support customer training, technical briefings, and on-site guidance when required, providing clear technical explanations, recommendations, and improvement proposals.
- Provide technical input for service quotations, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities.
