We are looking for an experienced and creative Communications & Culture Specialist to join the Communications team of an international company operating in the energy sector.
The role will be responsible for developing and coordinating internal communication initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged and connected with the company's strategy, projects and culture. The adecuado candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communications: Develop and coordinate internal communication campaigns, newsletters, announcements, employee updates, infopills and other communication materials across different channels.
- Content Creation: Write, edit and adapt engaging content for internal audiences, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, messaging and corporate style.
- Communication Planning: Support the development and implementation of internal communication plans aligned with the company's strategy,



culture and key business priorities.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives and campaigns aimed at strengthening employee engagement, connection and sense of belonging across different countries and teams.
- Corporate Events & Initiatives: Support the communication and coordination of internal events, campaigns, employee initiatives and key company milestones.
- Employer Branding & External Communications: Collaborate with the wider Communications and Employer Branding teams on selected external communication initiatives, social media content and corporate projects when required.
- Brand & Corporate Identity: Ensure that internal communications are aligned with the company's brand identity, communication guidelines and tone of voice.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR, People, Management and other internal teams to identify communication needs, gather relevant information and translate it into
