Your key responsibilities Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process. Keep customer requirements updated in our system. Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders. Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders. Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
