Role Overview
You will shape the direction of EG B2B's rapidly growing business. In this role you will own strategic initiatives within the B2B Strategy & Transformation team, from framing the problem through to influencing the top leadership and driving cross‑functional execution. You will lead the construction of the strategic plan, including market and competitor analysis and assessment of EG B2B performance, and you will represent Strategy & Transformation directly with senior leadership across Commercial, Product and Technology, and Finance. This position carries independent ownership of executive‑facing workstreams and significant scope to shape how EG B2B competes.
