In this role you will drive accurate contract-to-cash processes within a global finance operations team. You will translate signed contracts into SAP, validate billing data, and support month-end close, ensuring precise invoicing and VAT reporting. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across regions to streamline processes and advance automation. • Translate contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems
• Prepare and validate billing data to support invoicing cycles
• Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes
• Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas




• Maintain financial controls with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office
• SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritize under deadlines
• Attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to process improvements
