Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist Europe
Position Purpose
The Revenue Growth Management Specialist Europe will support the development and deployment of the RGM agenda across European markets, acting as the bridge between regional strategy and local execution.
The role will drive profitable growth through pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), promotions, portfolio optimization and commercial strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and local market teams.
This position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and a hands-on mindset, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Management
- Support the development and execution of the European RGM strategy.
- Identify growth and profitability opportunities across countries, customers and channels.
- Build business cases and recommendations to support commercial decisions.
- Track implementation and measure the impact of RGM initiatives.

Pricing & Price Pack Architecture




- Support the development of regional pricing strategies across Europe.
- Lead analysis related to pricing, profitability, price positioning and net retailer pricing.
- Support the design and execution of European Price Pack Architecture strategies.
- Ensure consistency of pricing and price corridors across markets.

Promotion, Portfolio & Innovation
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investment.
- Support assortment and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Assess innovation launches through profitability analysis and business case development.
- Develop volume projections and scenario analyses to support decision-making.

Project Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple European markets.
- Support the development of RGM capabilities, tools and best practices across the region.
