We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence. The company works on a wide variety of projects, including: * Luxury and high-performance vessels * Commercial and offshore projects * Defense and government programs This provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects. This is a key role within the organization, where you will lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients. Responsibilities & Requirements * Full project lifecycle management (scope, cost, time, and quality) * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, client) * Monitoring and control of project milestones * Risk management and resolution of project issues * Direct communication with clients and stakeholders * Background in the naval/maritime sector * Degree in Naval Engineering (Master’s is a plus) * Spanish and English required * Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Rhino ?
