About the Role

As a Sales Representative for the Swedish market, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right products and services. You will play a central role in generating revenue and shaping the customer journey, making every interaction meaningful and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio to present compelling value propositions.
- Drive performance across KPIs such as conversions and revenue targets.
- Update CRM tools and manage customer information accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Provide feedback to improve processes, messaging, and overall sales performance.

Requirements
- Native or fluent level of Swedish, with good English communication skills.




- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
