Sompo is seeking a strategic Head of Claims, Iberia, to build and lead the Spanish and Portuguese claims teams from Madrid or Barcelona. This role reports to the Country Head Insurance Iberia and the Head of Claims Continental Europe and focuses on delivering high-quality, profitable claims experience and scalable processes.
You will partner with senior executives, manage complex losses, develop MI, and drive risk management, governance, and KPIs across Iberia.
