The Oncology Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, specialist cancer centers, academic medical institutions, and oncology professionals across Spain. This individual will be responsible for promoting the oncology portfolio, with a focus on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, remove barriers to access, and deliver value to healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.
Responsibilities

Commercial excellence:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed commercial objectives and apply strong commercial acumen through market analysis, competitor intelligence,



and agile adjustment of tactics to evolving market conditions
- Drive brand awareness and product adoption by cultivating long-term, value-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams to align communication, materials, and initiatives with local market needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and facilitate access to innovative treatments.
- Represent the company and their portfolio with professionalism and integrity and a strong commitment to ethical practices
- Manage territory budgets and resources efficiently and in line with internal and external compliance standards. Ensure full adherence to Spanish law, industry codes of practice, and internal compliance policies.
