We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) professional with high proactivity.Main responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.- Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.- Define the product quality strategy together with the development team.- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.- Participate in technical reviews and collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire development lifecycle.- Identify quality risks and propose continuous improvements in both processes and tools.- Perform exploratory testing when necessary to discover scenarios not previously considered before automation.- Participate in the validation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, especially agentic systems and LLM-based applications.Requirements- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.- Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.- Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.- High level of English (daily work in English).General competencies:- Analytical mindset and quality-oriented approach.- Ability for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.- Proactivity and autonomy to research, propose, and implement improvements.- Attention to detail and focu
