HBX Group is seeking an experienced M&A; Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. You will originate, evaluate, negotiate and close transactions, partnering with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy teams.
You will lead end-to-end deal execution in a fast-paced, publicly listed environment, mentoring junior team members and presenting recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
