Experteer Overview
In this role you lead CCEP’s global employer brand and talent attraction strategy across Europe and Asia Pacific, aligning with workforce priorities and business needs. You own the full talent attraction funnel, from media and partnerships to CRM and campaigns, driving engagement, quality pipelines, and diversity. You shape the candidate experience and journey, leveraging AI, personalization, and analytics. You also manage employer reputation, external recognitions, and measurement to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.

• Define and lead global employer brand and talent attraction strategy aligned with workforce priorities
• Own the full talent attraction funnel (media, agencies, CRM, campaigns, channel performance) and improve engagement, conversion, diversity, and quality of pipelines
• Shape end-to-end candidate experience (personalisation, search, generative optimisation, talent communities, journey design)




• Manage employer reputation across markets and lead Top Employers programme and external recognitions
• Build measurement and technology approach for employer brand using AI, marketing tech, and analytics to improve targeting and ROI

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading global employer brand, talent attraction, or talent marketing in a complex international organization
• Understanding of talent marketing, segmentation, candidate behaviour, digital channels, employee advocacy, recruitment technology
• Experience using talent intelligence, analytics, and market insights to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience using AI, automation, and experimentation to improve content, candidate experience, personalisation, and marketing effectiveness while maintaining brand authenticity
• Experience managing global marketing budgets, agency partnerships, and cross-functional relationships across markets and cultures
