We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our General Accounts division in Spain , supporting strategic international clients operating in complex, multi-service, and distributed delivery environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader with strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale accounts while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.

⚙ Take end-to-end responsibility for the operational delivery of projects and services within assigned accounts.
Ensure commitments, service levels, milestones, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Establish and manage governance frameworks,



including delivery reviews, operational meetings, action tracking, and escalation management.
Own financial reporting activities, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Coordinate revenue recognition, billing milestones, purchase orders, timesheets, and invoicing readiness.
Manage resource demand, capacity planning, staffing needs, onboarding, and workforce optimization.
Drive process compliance, reporting accuracy, and data quality across delivery and corporate systems.
Identify operational improvements that enhance predictability, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Procurement, and Delivery teams.
Proactively identify client needs and business opportunities, supporting unsolicited proposals and value-added initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services Delivery, Account Operations, Programme
