About the JobThe selected candidate will provide general support to the Facilities team in the day-to-day activities related to office management and employee experience. This role will have a primarily operational and support-focused scope, assisting with monitoring, coordination, and workplace management activities, without direct responsibility for vendor or contract management.What you doConduct daily inspections of the office facilities to ensure that common areas, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and other service spaces are maintained in good condition. Identify and report facility-related issues to the Facilities Operations team to ensure timely resolution. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Reception service when required. Assist in the preparation and setup of spaces for meetings, corporate events, visits, and internal activities. Support access management processes, including badges, visitor registrations, and documentation related to external visitors and contractors.



Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving the workplace environment. Provide administrative support and assist in the follow-up of Facilities department activities. Collaborate on specific Facilities projects and initiatives as required. What you bringCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AI. Fluent Spanish and good level of English. Team-oriented mindset with a customer service focus.
