Job purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide social assessment for beneficiaries, identifying their needs, capacities, vulnerabilities, and available resources to design appropriate and individualized care responses. This involves conducting vulnerability assessments according to IOM standards, identifying protection needs, and providing guidance on available services. The role contributes to ensuring a person-centered approach in case management, actively participating in coordination meetings,
and supporting the Protection Team Leader and Centre Coordinator in reporting and identifying emerging trends and gaps in assistance. The position is crucial for delivering effective protection services and ensuring the well-being of migrants.
