Wallbox, a Barcelona-based leader in EV charging, is seeking a Rewards Manager to oversee general compensation, benefits, and equity programs within the People department. You will design competitive compensation structures and total rewards strategies to empower the organization worldwide.
You will benchmark salaries, administer RSUs/stock options, and collaborate with Finance to ensure pay transparency and regulatory compliance for a global workforce.
