This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor RelationsWe are seeking an HR People Business Partner with US Market experience to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations- Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.- Improve our performance review, supporting our management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.- Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.- Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.- Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.- Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases.



Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.- Act as the primary interface with Works Councils and Labour inspections.
