The team has several projects focused on pancreas biology, pancreas regeneration and pancreatic cancer with a special focused on pancreatic ductal cells.About the roleThe candidate will join an international research team focused on investigating pancreas regeneration and pancreatic cancer. The candidate will be involved in the analysis of several bioinformatic data generated in the lab, such as RNA-seq, single cell RNA-seq, multiome and spatial transcriptomics.We are looking for a highly driven, motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the following qualifications:Job requirementsProfessional experienceAt least 3 years of experience in a research laboratory performing high-throughput omics analyses (single cell RNA seq analysis and multiome analysis)Education and trainingBachelors degree in Bioinformatics,
