We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and take on a key role in the evolution of our platform: the content management tools our clients work with every day, the APIs that power our app, and the data and automation ecosystem that supports our operations at international scale.

This is a role with real technical depth and direct ownership of product in production, in a company where every engineering decision has a measurable impact on people's lives.

THE ROLE

Build and evolve the software behind the NaviLens ecosystem: design scalable backend services and APIs, develop accessible web applications for our clients and internal teams,



and bring engineering judgement to the architecture decisions and practices of a growing technical team, always with accessibility and reliability as first-class criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Stack Development
- Develop and evolve full stack web applications (frontend and backend) across the NaviLens ecosystem.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services on cloud infrastructure.
- Own features end to end, from technical design to production and follow-up.

Accessibility by Design
- Build interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.2, treating accessibility as a quality criterion rather than a final add-on.
- Contribute to accessible patterns and components that the whole team can reuse.

Architecture & Engineering Practices
- Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, and the definition of the team's best practices.
