Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management Support and oversee post-trade operational activities related to alternative investment products.
- Coordinate operational processes involving Alternative Fund Houses and Transfer Agents.
- Monitor and facilitate reporting and migration activities across the alternative investments platform.
- Ensure operational processes are documented, controlled, and continuously improved.

Technology & Process Development
- Coordinate with the Alternatives IT team to identify, analyze, and resolve connectivity and integration issues.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new technological developments supporting alternative investment operations.
- Drive enhancements to dealing, reporting, and post-trade processes.
