As Marketing CRM Automation Manager, you’ll design and run automated, personalized customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels for The Knot Worldwide’s international brands. You’ll partner with CRM Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to craft data-driven programs that guide couples through the wedding planning journey. You’ll apply hands-on technical know-how in SFMC and/or Braze to scale CRM initiatives in a fast-paced, integral environment.
