The Travel Division is a high-end luxury travel agency, working alongside our sister company Air Charter Service, to ensure that their charter customers have exclusive access to a range of ancillary products, including luxury hotels, premium cabin flights, and top-of-the-range villas & yachts. Our business is all about service, and we will always go the extra mile to ensure that the time spent at the destination is as seamlessly organised and memorable as the time spent onboard one of our charter flights.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in travel sales and client management, combined with proven leadership experience. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a luxury travel consulting team from the ground up. You will initially operate as a senior individual contributor - driving revenue, managing high-value, and delivering exceptional service - while helping shape processes and support the hiring and development of future team members.

Working within The Travel Division




- Building and developing a luxury travel consulting function from the ground up, in line with business growth plans
- Managing a portfolio of high-value clients, including private aviation customers, delivering a seamless end-to-end luxury experience
- Handling a mix of inbound, outbound, and referral-based leads to generate new business and build a strong base of repeat clients
- Driving business development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of general travel products and delivering tailored recommendations to clients
- Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service delivery
- Supporting the recruitment and development of new travel consultants as the team expands
- Acting as a senior point of contact for complex bookings, VIP requests, and escalations
