Job Description:Description:A position as a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla)The successful applicant will join the Supply Chain and Quality department in the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team as part of the Procurement OrganizationMission:The SCQM Leads the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management and acts as Supply Chain Industrial, Operations and Quality leader for all the suppliers under the applicable scopeThe mission is applicable to all Programs: A400M, MRTT, L&M;, EFA, Aerostructures and any new developments such as Eurodrone.RESPONSABILITIES:Represents Airbus Defence and Space in front of SuppliersEnsures the Industrial Maturity and Quality / Operational performance of Suppliers.Represents procurement organization in the associated Multi-Functional Team and in front of Authorities during Audits and Assessments.Leads the deployment of Airbus DS Quality and Supply Chain requirements in suppliers and for the main ADS programs.The SCQM is in charge and/or participates in:Call For Tender process from the Operational and Quality points of view.New Products Introduction, Transfer of Work, Industrial Changes, Modifications, AssessmentsAPQP deployment in suppliersRisk & Opportunities ManagementManagement of Quality Escapes and all type of non-conformities, leading all the associated activities with internal and external stakeholdersLeading the root case analysis and associated actions plans from both a corrective and preventative point of viewQualifications and Certifications surveillanceFirst Article InspectionSupplier Performance & SurveillanceDeployment of Procurement Tools in the supplierSKILLS:Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.At least3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or/and in Supply ChainRigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and
