Experteer Overview As a mid-level Brand Designer, you will help scale Quince’s European design output across campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints. You’ll translate creative direction into polished assets for digital, marketing, and ecommerce channels, delivering high-quality work at speed. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive, premium brand aesthetic while maintaining strict attention to detail. - Update and adapt US creative assets for UK/EU campaigns (voiceover, imagery, text) for testing
- Design and execute assets for campaigns, product launches, email, paid media, and site
- Translate creative direction into clear, on-brand visual outputs
- Maintain consistency across formats and channels with adaptive designs
- Apply a performance-driven mindset to translate learnings into iterations
- Support PDPs/CLPs/LPs, homepage, and site experiences with compelling visuals




- Create assets that enhance product storytelling and engagement
- Deliver production-ready files for digital channels; assist senior designersas needed
- Version assets efficiently across sizes and use cases
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail; manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Work within brand guidelines and contribute to European design systems

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5–8 years of brand design experience in ecommerce or consumer brands
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
