- Lead technical discovery to understand process flows, constraints, performance goals, and future capacity needs
- Map current-state processes to identify opportunities for throughput, quality, yield, and efficiency improvements
- Develop solution concepts, equipment configurations, layouts, specs, and performance assumptions
- Design and evaluate integrated processing systems including third-party interfaces
- Use data to compare options and recommend balanced, reliable, scalable solutions
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and performance validation
- Document test methods, results, risks, and recommendations for customers and stakeholders
- Facilitate technical reviews with Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and delivery teams
- Identify risks, dependencies and gaps early and coordinate internal expertise
- Provide technical content for proposals, quotations, and customer decision-making
- Ensure structured handover of awarded solutions to implementation teams
- Maintain reusable solution standards, resources, and reference designs
- Monitor industry trends to inform future solutions and development

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent
- Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or related industries
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
