This is an opportunity to do much more than run a kitchen. We are looking for a culinary leader who can help shape the food identity of ZEST from the ground up – creating distinctive concepts, building an outstanding brigade and delivering food experiences that reflect the energy, produce and personality of Ibiza. About ZEST ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is a new five-star lifestyle destination set in the hills above San Antonio. With 206 keys, private villas, destination restaurants and bars, a Pool Club, wellness facilities and a integral entertainment partnership , ZEST will combine luxury hospitality with the creative and social energy of Ibiza.



Food and beverage will be central to the ZEST experience, making this a key appointment within our pre-opening leadership team. The Opportunity As Executive Chef , you will take overall responsibility for the culinary direction and kitchen operations across the resort. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and wider leadership team, you will develop the culinary identity of ZEST and translate it into exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, Pool Club, in-room dining and events. You will have the opportunity to influence everything from menu development and local sourcing to kitchen culture, recruitment and commercial performance . Key responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering the overall culinary vision for ZEST Creating menus that reflect Mediterranean and Ibicenco influences while remaining commercially relevant to an international luxury audience Championing local and regio
