In this role, you will connect with businesses across EMEA, identify new opportunities, understand their technical and commercial needs, and guide them towards suitable solutions. You will combine business development with solution-based selling while developing your expertise in the technology and cloud industry.

What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify new business and upselling opportunities




- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone and email to connect with potential business customers
- Engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and identify potential opportunities
- Gather technical requirements and connect customer needs with suitable cloud and security solutions
- Educate prospective customers on available solutions and communicate their business value
- Qualify opportunities and guide prospects towards the appropriate next stage of the sales process
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while working towards individual and team targets
- Keep customer, account, opportunity, and activity information updated within the CRM system
- Monitor key performance indicators, including activity levels, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline development
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to support customer growth across the EMEA market

Candidate profile
- Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2) and advance
