A multinational company listed on the IBEX-35 in the industrial sector, present in more than 45 countries, is currently seeking in its headquarters in the Barcelona area a Finance Business Partner (Transformation Office).Responsibilities:Act as a strategic and financial partner to evaluate, measure, prioritize, and manage transformation initiatives across the business, supporting regions and global functions in developing their initiatives and/or leading them directly.Ensure sound logic, alignment and consistent valuation of the different transformation initiatives developed across the business, so that opportunities are evaluated on a comparable basis and capital is allocated accordingly.Maintain a constructive working relationship with teams across regions and general functions to ensure alignment of assumptions, methodologies, and reporting.Provide regular insights and recommendations to link transformation outcomes with overall business performance, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.Collaborate with Corporate FP&A;, Controlling, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with group-wide policies, accounting standards (IFRS), and management reporting processes.Participate in cross-functional projects to strengthen financial governance, process efficiency, and business intelligence tools.Prepare presentations and analysis for senior management and executive reviewsPartner with the Head of the Transformation Office to manage the Office budget, ensuring disciplined planning, tracking,



and reporting of resources allocated to transformation activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.6-7 years’ experience, with background in consulting, transaction services, valuations, M&A;, or corporate development. Proven experience in transformation, PMO, strategy, or business case development.Experience working in matrix, global corporations / multicultural environments.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other tools.Fluency in English and Spanish.Skills Profile: Proactive and results-driven, with strong ownership of deliverables and focus on value creation.
