As the dedicated People Business Partner for the site, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will be the primary People contact for the office, balancing strategic business partnering with day to day employee support and location services.

In this role, you will help bring PepsiCo's integral and local people agenda to life, ensuring that our talent, culture, and organizational priorities are successfully embedded within the business. You will support leaders in making balanced people decisions, provide guidance on employee matters, and work collaboratively across the broader People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.





You will also play an important role in strengthening our culture, driving engagement initiatives, supporting the delivery of key talent and Peoole processes, and fostering positive employee and labour relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a People professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and making a tangible impact on both people and business outcomes.
