Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the forensic quality program within the Dallas Police Department's Crime Scene Division. You will lead accreditation efforts, oversee audits, and guide a team to ensure compliance with ISO/ANAB standards and SOPs. You’ll coordinate quality initiatives, manage data-driven improvements, and partner with regulatory bodies to maintain robust forensic operations. This is a leadership position at the intersection of science, compliance, and public service, offering meaningful impact on community safety.

• Report performance of the quality management system to leadership
• Provide competency-based training for forensic personnel
• Conduct needs assessments for long-range planning
• Manage laboratory management system and document control programs
• Coordinate internal quality audits and monitor audit outcomes
• Support accreditation processes and prepare for external assessments
• Monitor nonconformities and track non-compliance across forensic areas
• Ensure ongoing accreditation and maintain ISO/ANAB standards

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Forensic Science
• Seven (7) years of experience in crime scene investigation and/or forensic analysis with ISO/ANAB quality management experience
• Three (3) years of supervisory/management or forensic oversight experience in law enforcement settings
• Experience with forensic accreditation processes, internal audits, corrective actions, proficiency testing, and testimony monitoring
• Valid driver's lic
