As the RCC Team Lead, you will lead and oversee the 24/7 Remote Control Center operations for Envision's portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Onshore Wind assets across Europe and LATAM. You will be responsible for maximizing fleet availability, performance, and operational safety while ensuring compliance with internal procedures, grid requirements, and regulatory standards.The RCC Team Lead will provide strategic leadership to RCC teams, establish operational excellence standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the key interface between Operations, Engineering, Service, Asset Management, and external stakeholders. The role combines technical expertise, people leadership, incident management, and operational governance to ensure world‑class control room performance.
