This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong financial acumen and real operating experience . You will work closely with Partners and founders, taking ownership of new business opportunities from an early stage: shaping the initial thesis, assessing the market opportunity, building the business case, defining the go-to-market strategy and helping turn an idea into a scalable company. We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution — able to challenge a business model or discuss a financial plan, but equally motivated to get close to the market, customers and founders and make things happen. What you'll do Own and develop new venture opportunities , from initial market thesis through validation and launch. Assess new markets, business models and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable business opportunities. Build and challenge business cases, financial models, unit economics and growth scenarios . Design and develop go-to-market strategies , including positioning, pricing, distribution,



partnerships and market-entry approaches. Work closely with founders and management teams on strategic priorities, growth opportunities and key business decisions. Monitor business performance and identify the key KPIs and value drivers behind each venture. Prepare and present strategic recommendations and investment materials to Partners, founders and other senior stakeholders . Support fundraising, investment processes and other relevant corporate transactions when required. Build relationships across the Spanish startup and venture capital ecosystem , identifying opportunities, talent, partners and relevant market insights. Act as a senior sparring partner while remaining sufficiently hands-on to move projects forward autonomously. What we're looking for Around 6–8 years of relevant professional experience , with the maturity and judgement to operate confidently with founders, Partners and senior stakeholders.
